RMH Associates was founded by Robert M. Hodges, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience across diverse industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Products, and Distribution.

His expertise in Lean methodologies and operational excellence has been developed through hands-on experience with some of the world's most demanding manufacturing and business environments.
Robert's Lean and Six Sigma journey began at Pratt & Whitney, part of United Technologies, where he was immersed in world-class manufacturing practices. His foundational training came directly from retired Toyota executives, providing him with authentic Toyota Production System (TPS) knowledge and methodologies.
Throughout his career, Robert has collaborated extensively with Jim Womack and the Lean Enterprise Institute, further developing his expertise in Lean thinking and implementation strategies.
